SHAMI BURGER PATTIE

A few days ago, I have tried to use the ingredients of shami kabab pattie which is the recipe of a popular brand (ingredients were on the back of that brand's pack).Mostly it is made by beef or mutton mince and grain which make it heavier.In hot weather most of us are not in mood to heat some thing heavy. Everyone likes to eat something which is refreshing and light.You can use fresh vegetables with it which make it much tasty and it has less calories.
Ingredients:
chicken (boneless) chest :                 1 piece
potato (normal size)                           3
black pepper                                     1-1/2 Tps
salt                                                    according to taste
red chili powder                                1tps
garam masala or oregano                  1/2tps
cooking oil                                        for  shallow fry 
garlic                                                  1Tps
ginger                                                  1Tps

Method:
boil potato and chicken.(use just one cup of water for chicken. let it dry.it will make chicken little hard) put garlic and ginger paste in chicken while its boiling.peel potatoes and smash manually ( you can use chopper machine but it makes potatoes paste which is little difficult to handle so its better to smash them manually.and use chopper machine for chicken for fine smashed or grind. Now mix potatoes and chicken in a boil and put all the spices in it. now make round shape pattie of this mixer.
you can increase of decrease its size according to its use. small one is suitable with tea and for burgers you can make bigger one. put a 2Tps oil on a pan and fry them. make their outer skin  a little harder as I did in it.It make it crispy  there is no need of egg codding.turn its side when it change its color from one side and turns a little hard.it will be easy to turn. Use cucumber, onions and tomatoes.
put tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce in it.

CHICKEN PASTA WITH APPLES






we all love pasta and mostly when we make it sometimes it stick to each other or not fully cooked.it ruin all your efforts. I have read many recipes and not a single one replied to the most basic thing about pasta (how much time is required to boil pasta and how we can make it nonstick) Today I am sharing my chicken pasta recipe with all the basic info I've. Hoping that it would help you.
starting with the basic info. how much pasta,macaronis etc should be boil.
Boiling of pasta: 

  • the quantity of water should be triple than the quantity of pasta so that they can boil easily.
  • put 2Tp of cooking oil when water is boiling.
  • put salt a little bit in it
  • then now you are going to put pasta in the boiling water.
  • 12 minutes is the boiling time. the time starts from when you put pasta in boiling water.
  • drain water from it( few suggests to leave at least half cup water in it. I don't follow.)
  • wash it with water.
  • put 1 Tp of oil in it and mix it.

thats it, now whenever you are making any dish with pasta, this is the same steps you are going to start with.
Now my chicken pasta recipe.
Ingredients: 

  1. chicken                                                    1/2kg
  2. cabbage                                                    quarter 
  3. onions                                                  2 normal size
  4. garlic/ginger                                        chopped 2 Tp
  5. tomato                                                        2
  6. red chillies powder                                  2  1/2 Tp
  7. black pepper                                              1/2 tp
  8. salt                                                  according to taste
  9. paprika                                                a little bit
  10. oregano                                               a little bit
  11. gram masla (eastern spice)                    1Tp
  12. soya sauce                                              2Tp
  13. tomato ketchup                             according to taste
  14. oil  
  15. apple                                                  2   diced                                           
Cooking:
put a pan on stove with a little bit of oil, put onions,chicken,ginger/garlic in it and fry the chicken till it cooked.put all the spices,chilly and soya souce in it.at the end put cabbage and tomato in it.give them 5 minutes to just a little cooked but having crunch in it.remove it from stove.let it cool down and then mix tomato ketchup in it.put apples in it.I made pictures before mixing the ketchup so don't be confuse about it. enjoy pasta and make many many new recipes by it.
